Ryan Manion joined the firm in 2022 as an associate attorney. Ryan focuses his practice on commercial/business litigation and counseling.  Regarding his litigation practice, Ryan has handled a variety of matters, including employment disputes, business torts, antitrust matters (representing direct-action plaintiffs), breach of contract cases, civil rights cases, and other matters in both state and federal court. Ryan also has extensive appellate experience, as he served as a Staff Law Clerk to all the judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit between 2016 and 2019, and he has briefed numerous appeals to the Seventh Circuit and the Illinois Appellate Courts.  Further, Ryan has substantial experience providing legal and business counseling to clients regarding a wide array of employment matters and corporate issues.
