Meghan joined the firm in 2017 and is an associate attorney in the firm’s commercial real estate group. Meghan has been developing a broad-based practice in transactional real estate, with experience in commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and project development, ongoing operational and legal issues affecting shopping centers and commercial buildings, financing and refinancing of retail developments, and retail and office lease negotiations. Meghan also has previous litigation experience, which she uses to counsel clients regarding landlord/tenant disputes, property management premises liability claims, mechanic’s lien claims, and related operational issues. Although Meghan is primarily involved in real estate work throughout the Chicagoland area, she is also admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey and has worked on various projects throughout the country.
