Paralegal

Maribeth joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal. She has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and portfolio properties.  Maribeth assists attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the review of purchase and sale agreements, review of ALTA surveys and title commitments, preparation of closing documents and closing statements, and closing transactions.
