Kurt J.H. Mueller

Kurt Mueller joined the firm in 2017 and is a partner in the firm’s business transactions group. Kurt focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions; venture capital and private equity investments; and alternative investments (representing investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and hedge funds and, conversely, representing funds in connection with their formation). Kurt’s clients have included companies, institutions, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds and individual investors. Kurt also frequently provides general corporate counseling regarding corporate governance, regulatory matters and all manner of business agreements, including joint ventures, loan agreements, leases, confidentiality agreements, intellectual property agreements and employment agreements.
