Paralegal

Katie Zmuda joined the firm in 2014 and is a paralegal.  With more than 20 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, Katie focuses on all aspects of corporate business law including entity formation, organization, administration and corporate compliance.  She also assists our attorneys in general business transactions, acquisitions and mergers, real estate transactions, and banking and finance transactions in the areas of due diligence and closing processes. Additionally, Katie works with our IP department in managing the firm’s trademark database in addition to providing assistance with copyright matters and is well versed in the trademark filing and maintenance process.  Katie also has experience utilizing contract management platforms assisting clients and the legal team with contract management preparation and tracking.
