Gene Gozdecki was a founding member of the firm, which Gene formed in 1982. Gene previously worked at the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and with the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt, now known as Mayer Brown. Gene concentrated on business litigation, arbitration and business counseling, and also had substantial experience drafting contracts and providing consultation to businesses in a vast array of industries.
