Dana Grimes joined the firm in 2026 as a partner attorney on the firm's real estate team.  Dana spent the first two decades of her career serving in various in-house legal roles for the largest real estate company in the United States and a privately owned multi-family residential developer, working on projects nationwide.  Her diverse real estate experience includes land acquisition and due diligence, ground-up development and property redevelopment; department store, grocery, big box, restaurant, office, entertainment, outparcel, franchise, and in line leasing; and asset dispositions across the commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors.  She is known for her pragmatic approach to complex real estate matters and her ability to balance legal precision with business practicality. Dana’s collaborative style and clear communication make her a trusted advisor to clients navigating high-stakes transactions. Her work is driven by a commitment to achieving results that align with each client’s strategic goals.
