Brandon joined the firm in 2019 as an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department. Brandon’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation, including but not limited to contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes; construction litigation (contract and mechanics lien disputes); creditors’ rights litigation (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, compliance advisement, etc.); appeals; and class actions. Brandon regularly appears in state and federal court in the Chicagoland area and across the country. Aside from litigation, Brandon also has extensive experience advising on legal and regulatory compliance issues. Brandon prides himself on his writing and argument skill and emphasizes obtaining practical, client-oriented results in a cost effective manner. Brandon is an active participant in the legal community, regularly participating in various professional organization’s conferences.
