Steven H. Leech joined the firm in 2008 after practicing for four years at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, P.C. as a litigation attorney. Steven focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, franchise disputes, business torts, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraudulent transfers, employment claims and creditors' rights. Steven has successfully litigated cases involving unfair marketing practices, trade secrets, shareholder disputes and collection of unpaid receivables. Steven also has substantial experience drafting contracts, drafting corporate documents and advising on regulatory compliance issues such as franchise law, employment law and other trade regulations.
