Gene Gozdecki is a founding member of the firm, which Gene formed in 1982. Gene previously worked at the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and with the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt, now known as Mayer Brown. Gene concentrates on business litigation, arbitration and business counseling, and has substantial experience drafting contracts and providing consultation to businesses in a vast array of industries.

Gene regularly appears in federal and state courts, and before local administrative agencies. He has extensive trial experience handling claims involving antitrust, white collar crime, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and other complex matters.
