Anthony Iatarola's practice is concentrated in banking, business advisory, accounting, corporate, finance, real estate and public/private partnerships. He has served as corporate counsel for companies involved in industries, including the internet, real property, manufacturing/distribution and temporary services.

Anthony has rendered services in the areas of accounting, income, gift and estate tax compliance and planning, entity start-ups, partnerships, corporations, including reorganizations, contracts, private placements and business consulting. He managed the historical reconstruction of an entity and its related tax and accounting issues utilizing forensic accounting in a probate matter in southwest Michigan. He rendered contract services for manufacturing and service clients and was involved in corporate mergers and acquisitions. He coordinated a high net worth Arizona marital dissolution and the subsequent business, legal, tax and accounting work involving real estate and closely held interests held across the United States. Later, he coordinated the business, legal, tax and accounting work involved in a closely held real estate company in Arizona. The services ranged from estate, gift and income tax, reorganization, partnership and corporate matters, to leasing, property dispositions, tax and development credits, and pre-development services, including master planning, zoning, civil engineering, transportation and other entitlements in conjunction with development agreements.

Most recently, Anthony has spearheaded business, accounting, banking and finance, tax and legal services in the areas of real property, corporate and contracts in closely held real estate settings. The services included takings, annexations, disconnection, entitlements, code-writing in zoning, engineering standards, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and exchange, public incentives, cost-benefit analyses and financial engineering related to existing and future development, litigation involving relocation of a natural gas pipeline, and pre-development services, including civil engineering, transportation and master-planning and other entitlements in conjunction with annexation, development and redevelopment.
